To make your experience as effortless as possible we have put together some guidelines to help you.
How to register and getting your password
Click on the blue word "Register" located at the top of the main forum page. At a minimum, you will need to enter a username and a valid email address. Your username will be displayed next to all entries that you make in the forums, and will be used to log in to the site. Usernames are case sensitive. After you click the Register button located on the bottom right of the page an email will be sent to your email address that will contain your temporary password. Once you have received that email, enter your username and temporary password into the boxes at the top of the main forum page to log in.
How to change your password
Once you are logged into the site, you can view your profile details and modify your password or any other information that you entered during the registration process. Click on the blue text that says "View your profile" at the top of the main forum page. That link will display a page that shows your personal details associated with your account. You can click the blue text that says "edit this information" near the top of the screen to change any displayed information or your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you'll need to try logging in first or can follow this link http://www.cristinasenergycenter.com/forum/bb-login.php. First enter your username and then click on the "Recover password" button. An email will be sent to whatever address is listed on your profile. To continue with your password change, follow the link in the email. A second email will be sent to your address on file which contains your new temporary password. Once you receive that second email you will be able to login to the site and follow the instructions above to change your password to whatever you would like it to be. The reason for the two email process is to ensure that only the account owner is able to reset a password.
How to use State Your Intention
To add an intention, click on the blue "ADD NEW >>" text link located at the top of the page, just next to the word "TOPIC" , or simply scroll down to the bottom of the State Your Intention forum's main page. Type your intention in the topic title box. If your intention is too long to fit within that field, continue it in the post field. If it is short enough to fit only in the title field, make sure to add something in the post box otherwise your post will not be added, i.e. from Cristina
To make a comment about an existing post, simply view the topic and enter your comment in the reply box at the bottom of the page.
