Power of positive thought/intention I talk a lot about the law of attraction and positive thought because it's an important theme in all our lives. We must see the beauty, we must give credit to the power our thoughts have. And if something negative pops up, fine, live with it for a second, vent, be angry for a moment. But let it only be a moment. Consciously move on to nicer thoughts. A lot of times I wake up in the morning and that negative thought pattern immediately starts saying, I don't want to get up, I don't feel good, I don't want to deal, etc. Now I've trained myself to immediately counteract that by affirming what a beautiful, effortless day I'm going to have and how great it's going to be or just repeat a word like "happy." It works, I instantly feel a shift. Also, when you are dealing with other people and have a smile on your face but are thinking something bad about them, conscious or not, they know it, feel it and will react to it. The extent to which we are all connected to one another can be a pain sometimes because we really can't hide anything. We're all intuitive beings, but I think that's good because it gives us more motivation to stay energetically clear and positive. See, Creative Visualization or visualizations in general.
