Creating happiness For this exercise we'll start with a common yoga position, with a twist. It's called the child's pose. Start by kneeling and then bend over, allowing your stomach to fall over your knees. Relax into this position. In yoga your hands are usually to the side or in front of you, but here instead clasp your hands under your butt. Hold this position for as long as you can. This is shortcut to get your radiant circuits flowing. Also called strange flows or extraordinary vessels, they are responsible for our happiness. (see books / Energy Medicine) It's important to know that your body wants to be in a state of joy and will take any opportunity you give it to return to this state. And remember to smile and laugh!!! Smiling and laughing tells the brain you are happy and many energetic and physical benefits are activated. It may sound simple, but just by doing things that you love will bring you great happiness and keep your radiant circuits strong. Also helpful is to laugh and to do things that make you happy. Also try the hook-up. Also see Creating happiness - a conversation with Sara Allen Phd.
