Water is life

Water is life

Drink lots of water, 6 to 8 glasses a day. You lose almost a quart of water a day through your skin. Replenishing moisture is essential to your body's functions and the appearance of your skin. It also diminishes hunger. Dehydration can cause many physical problems, including tight muscles.

Water can be programmed. Dr. Masaru Emoto's famous water study proved that water molecules are affected by words and intention. To demonstrate, he took two bottles of water, one had the word hate written on it, the other, love. Days later the water molecules were examined and the ones from the bottle with hate written on it were disfigured and had a weak vibration. The ones from the love bottle were shaped in perfect symmetry and vibrated at a higher frequency. Not only is this a great reason to program your water, but being that we're made up of 99% water it is also stunning to think of what negative words and thoughts do to us. I buy my water in gallon containers and as soon as they are out of the bag I write affirmations on them - usually love, joy, health, happiness and gratitude. You can do it with a sharpie pen. You can also write these words on any pitchers you have. (see affirmation stickers and solarizing water)

Caffeine
If you drink a lot of caffeine, remember it is a diuretic, which means the more you drink the more water you will need to consume. And please, soda does not count as water intake! If you are suffering from PMS or painful menstrual cycles try and cut caffeine out completely, it can greatly help. It did for me.

Diet drinks
It's a nice thought and I'm guilty of overdoing it with the Diet Snapple and Diet Coke but it's just not worth it because the chemicals that make it diet are, aspartame, sucralose or saccharine (see studies and articles), and they are all so bad for you. They cause cancer and greatly damage the body.
