White/Crown Chakra

The frequency of the color white matches the seventh, or crown, chakra, located at the top of the head. It is our ketheric body. This is where our spiritual life exists and where we achieve unity with our "source". It is the center of imagination and inspiration.

When this chakra is aligned and open, we experience oneness with the universe. When you are drawn to this color energy it is a time for you to reconnect with your source, your spirituality. Look at your life and see if you are living in accordance with your spiritual beliefs.

An attraction to white might also indicate that an aspect of your life needs cleansing. It could be a situation you find yourself in, or it could be a condition within. White is particularly effective in getting rid of negativity, so allow it to clear out any blocked energy that might be hampering your connection to your spirit.

Visualization: Imagine the most perfect white showering through the top of your head and body and out through your feet. As it passes through you, all negativity and blocks are washing away. You are filled with light, love and joy. Breathe it in.
