Visualization

Creative visualization is the most powerful tool you have to manifest what you want in your life. If you imagine your ideal self - see it, feel it and believe it - you will become it. Because our thoughts are magnetic to themselves, what we think of is what we manifest; so by consciously focusing on positive visuals and thoughts of the things and/or situations you desire, you create them. Affirm to yourself that you want these things, or something better, because most of the time we don't wish enough for ourselves!

It is responsible for the success and creation of my first company, Tony&Tina Vibrational Remedies. We were a global trend and skincare company with the mission to spread colortherapy, aromatherapy and positive thought through cosmetics. I spent years watching visualization change many people's lives for the better. Not only did some of them manifest their dreams but it showed them what power they had over their lives, and that's a profound realization. (see energy exercises / visualizations)
