Meditation

Introducing mediation into your life is the single most important step you can take towards the elimination of stress and the creation of true happiness in your life. Start with as little as 5 to 15 minutes a day, I think 10 minutes is best because it's manageable. Generally, you want to sit in silence, back straight, tongue relaxed and breathe slowly and deeply in and out through your nose. Keep your awareness on your breath, feel it soothing your mind and body. Gently release thoughts as they come to mind, live an eternity in the increasing gap between them.
